Vinyasa Flow Level 1- This class is designed to help facilitate a comfortable, inviting atmosphere for those who are new to yoga. Creating heat in the body, with great awareness to the the Ujjayi breath, as it is linked to movement, yields flow. Alignment, safety and stability for each pose are emphasized with modifications and props, as needed. The best place to begin is now.

Vinyasa Flow Level 1-2 - Experience movements from a flowing sequence in coordination with the breath. In this class you will experience and focus on peak poses, philosophy and breath work. Appropriate for students with some yoga experience who understand the fundamentals of alignment, but want further instruction as well as greater challenges.

Gentle Yoga - A slower pace of yoga to connect more deeply to the healing, grounding, power of the breath while moving gently through poses and postures. A perfect introduction for any beginner or practicing yogi. Gentle yoga promotes ease, relaxation and clarity in the mind, facilitating awareness to bring and restore balance to the mind, body and spirit.
